• Is a deposit required to reserve Sikes? Yes, a deposit of half of the rental fee is required to hold your desired date. The deposit is nonrefundable. A credit card is also required to be on file in the case that there are damages.
  • What forms of payment are accepted? Cash, check, or credit card
  • Do I need to have a rental insurance policy? Yes, a $1 million liability police is required. If you will be serving alcohol a liquor liability is also required. If you have any questions about this or need help getting the correct insurance policy please ask.
  • What is venue capacity?
  • Are dogs allowed in Sikes? No, dogs are allowed unless it is a service dog with the paperwork to prove certification.
  • NO SMOKING in the building or you will be charged to have it professionally cleaned. There is a designated smoking area on the north side of the building.
  • Can we drop off or pick up outside of our designated time? No, you will only have access during the agreed upon time.
  • Are there any decorating restrictions? You may hang things on the walls using command hooks only. Please do not remove any of our wall hangings. No glitter or confetti are allowed. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if there is glitter or confetti.
  • Is alcohol allowed? You may serve alcohol. Please be sure that you have the correct liquor liability insurance in place before your event.
  • Is there any available parking? There is a small parking area behind the building. Most parking is along the streets. Please be courteous to the residents near Sikes.
  • Are table coverings required? Yes, we ask that you either provide table coverings or ask us about renting ours.
  • Will there be any Sikes staff at our event? We do not provide any staff at events, however we may stop by to check on your event and make sure everything is going smoothly.
